Motion Graphic Designer

🌱🌱 We are looking to hire 3 Motion Graphic Designers who can engage and inspire our diverse client partners. It takes a creative team with the storytelling chops that speak uniquely to our growing list of high-growth client partners. The applicant must be an After Effects pro, know how to use Illustrator, Photoshop & Premiere Pro, understand animation/motion and design principles.

💥 You are someone who’ll bring creativity and passion, with a strong set of great conceptual design skills, a solid foundation in brand, identity, typography, art and photo direction. You will be comfortable pushing the limits of communication to connect emotionally with an audience and develop compelling communications that build strong brand narratives that deliver experiences people love.

🔨 HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define workflow
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop Statics, Social Media creatives, Emailers, Gifs, Motion graphics, and other designs using software
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Adapting to different formats
  • Ensure final grEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandaphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

As a member of the design team, you’ll work closely with our founders, creative content and performance marketing teams.

🥥 SO YOU ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE:

  • Proven Motion Graphic designing experience.
  • A strong portfolio of GIFs, Videos, and other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as After Effect, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Maya and Blender will be an added advantage

🍟 DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?

  • Excellency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in illustration motion, high-level animation, 3D rendering, video editing and photography are a big plus
