Facebook Ad Specialist
You have
- Willingness to hustle get their hands dirty, and are comfortable with ambiguity
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership, learns quickly and has a bias for action
- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholder
- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities
- High IQ and EQ, with a keen interest in the creative phase of a startup.
- Understanding the VC/PE ecosystem and/or transaction experience is a plus.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE PARTY
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitters Ads & Instagram Ads
- 2-5 years experience directly managing paid media strategies that drive results.
- Ability to develop creative ads that are engaging and drive action.
- Ability to create a test-and-learn agenda to optimize campaigns.
- Ability to pull data, analyze results, and communicate reports.
- Certification(s) in Digital Advertising (i.e. DigitalMarketer, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.).
- Experience building campaigns/funnels within a CRM
This would also include conducting market research, identifying & mapping consumer behaviour & market trends and presenting critical insights to the founders. The role would involve conducting customer interviews & processing the data & setting up meetings with key decision makers.
The individual would also play a substantial role in several zero-to-one product development & market expansion initiatives. Think of yourself as a mini-CEO to drive key business metrics.

You will
- Launch and optimize at least 30 paid campaigns each month
- Ensure proper tracking set up in the social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Create and maintain Paid Social strategy programs for new and existing campaigns.
- Manage the daily campaign optimization efforts to ensure they are achieving the reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and content)
- Produce detailed reports analyzing paid social media campaigns.
- Manage bid rules and optimization efforts at the campaign, audience, and ad levels.
- Keep current on industry and propose new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics and performance.
