Event Planner

Buffalo Soldiers has 4 immediate openings for Event Planner in our EXPERIENCES team. The positions are open in Mumbai & our headquarters in Noida.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone whose passion is producing engaging experiences, and enjoys implementing processes and organization to improve efficiency and transparency.

You Are

An Excel Monster. Vendor Negotiator. Delivery Ninja. People Charmer. Community Builder.

You Will

  • Ensure end-to-end logistics co-ordination globally
  • Support management of experiences for our client partners from inception to execution: including sourcing, contract negotiation, planning, and onsite experience
  • Work within existing budgets, for spend and help reconcile invoices post-event
  • Manage vendor negotiations and relations
  • Work with marketing team to produce collateral for the event
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support copy editing and proofreading of the website, signage and printed collateral
  • Additional tasks as required
  • Manage fulfilment from contract signing, pre-event planning, and onsite/virtual execution for multiple events
  • Ability to maintain detailed tracker for execution of deliverables across multiple events at once
  • Provide top level customer service to client partners
  • Collection and management of sponsor assets

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and/or evenings as required.
