Communications Designer

We are

looking to hire 3 Communication Designers who can engage and inspire our diverse client partners. It takes a creative team with the storytelling chops that speak uniquely to our growing list of high-growth client partners.

Our team is made up of entrepreneurs, footballers, storytellers, cooks, fashionistas, artists and strategists.

You are someone who’ll bring creativity and passion, with a strong set of great conceptual design skills, a solid foundation in brand, identity, typography, art and photo direction. You will be comfortable pushing the limits of communication to connect emotionally with an audience and develop compelling communications that build strong brand narratives that deliver experiences people love.

Here’s Your Role Broken Down (Not All Of It, Just The Most Important Stuff)

You bias towards action. You favour practical choices, speed and a respect for sequencing. You focus on the things that matter and push back on things that don’t. You make deadlines for yourself and you move fast. You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial.

As a member of the design team, you’ll work closely with our founders, creative content and performance marketing teams.

Do You Have These Essentials?

  • Excellency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in illustration motion, high-level animation, 3D rendering, video editing and photography are a big plus
