Management Trainee
We are looking to recruit 2 high-performing Strategy & Growth Implementors to join our Founder’s office. Hey, that’s my co-founders & me. The position is open only in Delhi-NCR.
You have
- Willingness to hustle get their hands dirty, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly and has a bias for action
- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholder
- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities
- High IQ and EQ, with a keen interest in the creative phase of a startup.
- Understanding the VC/PE ecosystem and/or transaction experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze internal & external data to drive key business & market insights for the founders
- Build systems to regularly analyse org data on key operational & financial metrics
- Draw insights & advice founders on key initiatives/ levers to drive efficiency in metrics
- Drive projects on behalf of the CEO- including project design, definition of metrics, creating the project plans and continuous monitoring of project progress
- Drive program governance & ensure all key actionable and initiatives are documented, addressed and resolved
- Capture & report projects health to the CEO with a focus on key operational & financial metrics
This would also include conducting market research, identifying & mapping consumer behaviour & market trends and presenting critical insights to the founders. The role would involve conducting customer interviews & processing the data
The individual would also play a substantial role in several zero-to-one product development & market expansion initiatives. Think of yourself as a mini-CEO to drive key business metrics.
Who are you?
- 0-3 years program management/ consulting experience or equivalent (Cross-functional operating experience/ product management would be preferred)
- Experience in data analysis/ research
- Exposure to product management/ development frameworks
- Strong analytics capabilities
- Deep analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly structured in thoughts & execution & project management skills
- High EQ, able to influence without authority
